Complaints Procedure

We will try our best at all times; even so, you may occasionally feel that we have failed you in some way.  We find that most complaints arise out of misunderstandings and occur when we are particularly busy and when our patients are worried and unwell.

Try to mention any concerns you may have at the time the issue arises.  You may be able to talk these over and resolve the problem.  If you feel you cannot do this, but would like to draw our attention to an issue, please contact us as soon as you can by telephone or by letter to our Practice Manager, Joanne.
